To ensure your Breakthroughs Beyond Thought Experience runs without a hitch please take a moment to read the following checklist:

  • DOWNLOAD ZOOM:

    Download and install the free Zoom Web Conferencing app at least one day before your session, so there are no delays connecting to your session on time.  Here’s the official link:  https://zoom.us/support/downloadIf you have any difficulties downloading Zoom please contact Customer Support by clicking here.

  • ALLOW THREE HOURS OF DISTRACTION-FREE TIME:

    Please allow up to 3 hours of uninterrupted, distraction-free time for your Breakthroughs Beyond Thought Experience.  This will allow the session to flow naturally without disturbance or time-pressures, resulting in you receiving the greatest therapeutic and transformational benefits.

  • TURN OFF ALL NOTIFICATIONS:

    Any distraction can disturb the beneficial process.  Therefore, make sure you turn off any devices, app notifications, emails, etc. prior to your session.  If necessary, inform your significant others that you’ll be ‘off the grid’ for approximately 3 hours and should remain undisturbed. 

  • PEN AND PAPER:

    It’s a great idea to have a pen and some paper or a personal journal on hand to write down the valuable insights you receive during your personal Breakthrough Experience.

  • A BOX OF TISSUES:

    You may not need them but it’s always handy to have some tissues within arms reach during your session.

  • A GLASS OF WATER:

    After a personal Breakthrough Experience we may feel a tad parched, so it’s nice to have a cool refreshing drink on hand.

  • A FULLY-CHARGED DEVICE:

    It’s highly recommended to keep your device/laptop plugged in throughout your entire session so there are no interruptions related to empty batteries.
